Mumbai, Sept 7: Bollywood superstar and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner Shah Rukh Khan is not happy with the new rules of Indian Premier League (IPL) saying it would have been ” fair for everyone” if all the players are put up for auction in November.
