India can win 2011 worldcup???
India can win 2011 worldcup???
it would be better if the qualification for world cup 2010 in europe is the same is asia. in asia they a prelimenairy round for bad teams like timor-lesto , afghanistan….
but in europe u have san marino playing in a group with germany and end up losing 13-0!
Brasil is the only country that have won the world cup in every continent wherever the World Cup was played. The World Cup was hosted for the first time in Asia and it was Brasil who won it in 2002. It was played in USA ( North America) in 1994 for the first time and Brasil won it. Now, if the World Cup is hosted in Africa for the first time, statistical probablity will favor Brasil over others as they have won it in every continent. Not only have they won it 5 times ( & never missed any WC) but they are the only country that have won it in every continent. Thats amazing !
right on Maradona Jr. right on!

i know that they have to finish at least third place in the fiba asia qualifying but do you think they afford the competition of asian basketball?
Group 1: Japan, Australia, Uzbekistan, Bahrain and Qatar
Group 2: South Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, North Korea
the first two teams from each group make it directly, the two third teams play each other in a play-off, and their winner will play the team from Oceania which will probably be New Zealand.
I think the four seeds of Asia will make it directly (Japan, Iran, South Korea and Australia) while Saudi Arabia and Qatar will play the play off, Saudi Arabia wins and goes to play New Zealand, i doubt they will win that one.
Another IPL, another world cup, all has gone down shattering the expectations of masses. What less could be expected from Indian cricket team? Why a glorious victory in IPL and a sudden downfall in world cup 2010? A continuous downfall in eight unbroken matches, yet again for what silly reason? These questions might be raised among the common masses.
But before glancing towards this tittle-tattle we shall move towards an external path which no one looks off.
Last month, April 2010, stunning matches of IPL were being organized at distinct level of Indian ground. The matches were going away smooth to their fields and players with small amount of controversies. The king of drama Harbhajan Singh made some and the blasting was incurred by Lalit Modi.
Soon later than the elongated expedition, DLF IPL 2010 came to an end with conflicting of two supreme powers fighting neck to neck, Mumbai Indians followed by Sachin and Chennai super kings followed by Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Ultimately Mahendra sigh Dhoni flew the championship of DLF IPL 2010 by a glorious victory of 22 runs.
Moving straight to the point of victory and defeat it’s very clear to be concluded that if a player wins the match he is just being appreciated rather any honors. But in any case or due to poor performances of players; probably the batsman of the team whole liability is set upon the team captain and the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) claims to remove MS Dhoni as a team captain. Just because Dhoni lost one tournament it means that he should be uncovered as captain. Being a captain he himself only is liable for the defeat, if yes then why don’t BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) change the whole cricket team.
I totally disagree to this verdict!!!!!!
According to an interview with few Telly Stars, their opinions stood as follows –
Abhinav Shukla – Dhoni should make way for a new captain. Sehwag is an appropriate choice.
Kunal Verma – There shouldn’t be any change in captaincy. Don’t single out Dhoni.
Karan Mehra – Dhoni has proved to be very good captain. I see no reason for him to be replaced.
Shonali Nagrani – Suresh Raina or Virender Sehwag should be made the T20 and ODI captain.
Nandish Sandhu – You can’t fire Dhoni for erring once. He’s the only captain to have taken us to the no.1 ranking in Tests, ODI, and T20
Arjun Bijlani – Dhoni shouldn’t be removed. Wins and losses are part of the game
Mahendra Singh Dhoni, comparatively remarks to be far better than Sachin.Dhoni is the rare talent possessing in the hands on Indian cricket team.No doubt Harbhajan Singh? cannot be aside as a superior bowler but on contrary his is the mere quality off spinner Indian cricket team.
