The state government has introduced a special amusement tax on tickets for sporting events that is likely to make the IPL action at Eden Gardens pricier from next year.

If I am successful in the ticket application process, will I be able to return my tickets? I live in Asia and I am not sure yet if I can go to the World Cup in June because I still have school. I am willing to absent myself from classes but just in case I really can’t go, will I be able to return them? I went to the FIFA website and it said something about the Ticket Transfer Policy but it wasn’t really specific. They said the full policy could be found in fifa.com but I can’t find it there.
